Yes, you can enable or disable the marketplace with a click of the mouse in Site settings.

2. What happens if I disable the marketplace feature?

Registration for new merchants (individual and business) is automatically disabled on your website, and existing merchant items/products are not publicly displayed.

3. Are marketplace sellers required to download an app or code to sell on my website?

No, sellers do not need to download an app or code to sell seamlessly with your products.

4. How do merchants sell their items and products on my website?

Merchants register and login to their own dashboard from your website.

5. How many merchants can sell their items and products on my website?

Each Jibbio plan includes a number of merchants (individuals and businesses) who can sell on your website. Individuals can sell up to 30 items or products (listings) at a time, and businesses can sell unlimited. View business or non-profit pricing page for details.

6. What happens if I reach my plan limit of merchants?

The registration page will display "X spots remaining" prior to displaying "Sorry, we're not accepting new sellers at this time" when you have reached your plan limit of individual sellers and business merchants.

7. Can I upgrade to a larger plan if I would like more merchants?

Yes, you can upgrade to a larger plan that includes more merchant accounts at any time. Alternatively, you can purchase more merchant accounts as needed.

8. Can I select which merchants can offer their items or products on my website?

Yes, you can select which marketplace sellers can offer their items or products for sale on your website.

9. How will merchant items and products look like on my website?

Merchant items and products will appear seamlessly with your inventory but include the merchant's Name, shipping, return policy and contact info.

Highest commission rate (%) items and products are sorted from top to bottom on your website to maximize your earnings.

10. How does the commission rate work with merchants?

For every item or product category, you set a commission range between 0-99% (e.g. 5-30%).
For every item or product for sale, merchants choose a commission rate within your range (e.g. 7%), which they can change at any time.

TIP: Set commission range to zero and team up with local businesses who each sign up as a merchant to sell on your website and collectively increase online presence, beyond their website.

11. How do merchants get paid when their items or products are sold?

Payment is automatically sent to the merchant's PayPal or Stripe account (less your commission) a day after their refund policy expiration date, which merchants choose per item or product (14 days is default).

12. How are delivery of goods sold and refunds handled by merchants?

Merchants handle delivery of goods sold and customer service. Merchants issue refunds via their dashboard.

15. The main difference between Jibbio and Shopify's marketplace, besides price?

✅ Jibbio: Multi vendor marketplace is built-in with your online store. No app or code download required to enable individual and business
merchants to sell seamlessly with your items or products.
❌ Shopify: Marketplace business merchants require software package installation, integration, and ongoing API updates. Alternatively, a
third-party multi vendor marketplace app is available for a monthly fee (in addition to Shopify fees).

✅ Jibbio: Enable or disable the marketplace at any time with a click of the mouse.
❌ Shopify: Not applicable.

✅ Jibbio: For every item or product category, set a "commission range." For every item or product, merchants choose a commission rate
within your range (e.g. 7%) maximizing your earnings potential.
❌ Shopify: For every product category, the commission rate is a fixed percentage for merchants, limiting your earnings potential.
